We’d like to announce a dedicated User Acceptance Testing (UAT) environment for Knox cloud services, which will provide you with early access to Knox cloud service 23.12 release features and updates through the Knox Admin Portal.
By using the UAT environment, you can:
- Ensure the newest clients and agents are compatible with existing devices
- Get early access to upcoming Knox features
- Identify and report potential bugs or issues to ensure your existing data and devices won’t be unexpectedly impacted by the Knox cloud service 23.12 release
The UAT environment is available to you for testing approximately two weeks before the next product deployment of Knox cloud services:
- Nov 23, 2023, PST: Updated server and client versions for Knox cloud service 23.12 are made available for testing.
- Dec 6, 2023, PST: Production deployment for the Knox cloud service 23.12 release.
