The Knox User Acceptance Testing (UAT) environment is open!
You can now get early access to the updated features of Knox cloud services 24.06 via the Knox Admin Portal.
With the UAT environment, you can:
- Ensure compatibility of the newest clients and agents with existing devices
- Get early access to upcoming Knox features
- Identify and report potential bugs or issues to prevent unexpected issues on your existing devices and data after the Knox cloud Service 24.06 release
The UAT environment will be available for testing approximately two weeks before the next product deployment of Knox cloud services:
- June 13, 2024: Updated server and client versions for Knox cloud service 24.06 become available for testing
- June 26, 2024: Production deployment for the Knox cloud service 24.06 release
We encourage you to test our latest Samsung Knox products and features using the UAT environment. You can log in to your Knox account for UAT or read more about UAT in the admin guide.
