With our latest Samsung Knox cloud services update, we’ve made license management much easier for our customers.
If you’re a Knox customer, the days where you have to manually enter license keys in your Knox Admin Portal have come to an end.
Now, when you purchase one of the following licenses from an authorized Samsung Knox License Reseller, your reseller can automatically add it to your account.
- Knox Suite
- Knox E-FOTA
- Knox Asset Intelligence
- Samsung Care+ for Business
To let resellers add licenses to your account, just provide them with your unique Knox Customer ID. You can find your customer ID by signing into the Knox Admin Portal and clicking the account icon.
